Yes! This is the actual house featured in the 1982 MGM film Poltergeist. It’s one of the most iconic homes in horror film history and still stands in Simi Valley, California.
We can’t confirm or deny any paranormal activity, but let’s say… the energy is memorable. We ask all guests to enjoy the space respectfully—please no séances or ghost hunting.
Unfortunately, we do not allow drop-in visits unless you have an approved booking or appointment. However, people drive by and take photos of the house regularly. Respect for current guests and neighbors is a top priority.
We welcome respectful content creators! Please reach out in advance to talk about your project. Prior written approval is required for any commercial, professional shoots, or influencer collaborations. Note that the City of Simi Valley requires permits and an application process.
